A quality all-round road and gravel bike which ticks all the boxes of weight, comfort and strength.

Constructed from triple butted aluminium and an oversized lower head tube, the mainframe provides excellent power transfer and stability. Coupled with flattened rear seat stays and a quality front fork constructed from carbon fibre to allow a degree of flex and vibrations dampening bringing comfort to the ride. With a taller front end height and with a longer wheelbase providing unrivalled stability, the Allmodcons allows for a less aggressive comfort position ideal for long distance and sportive riding as well as taking on the rougher terrains of gravel.

Equipped with the latest Shimano 105 11spd compact groupset the bike has been designed with versatility in mind, giving a broad span of gears low enough to help climb the steepest of ascents whilst still providing a good high gear for faster descents. The 30mm deep section Fulcrum Racing 7 wheels provide ultimate traction and comfort combined with Continental 700x25 tyres and full alloy finishing kit on bars, stem and seatpin. Finished with a more comfort-orientated saddle the Allmodcons should appeal as a ride for any level of cyclist for leisure or commuting.

Key features include:

  • Triple butted aluminium mainframe
  • Full carbon fibre fork
  • Fulcrum Racing 7 wheelset
  • Shimano drive train
  • Forza finishing kit

Our frame sizes are slightly larger than other manufacturers. Please see our geometry section for more detail on which frame is likely to fit you best.

Weight (Large) : 9.8kg or 21.6lbs

Quick Thoughts

Versatility is the name of the game. Allowing for larger tyres to the tune of 700x46 for gravel conditions with a longer wheelbase the ALLMODCONS offers maximum stability, whether you're gravel grinding, training or commuting. Designed with mounting points for a pannier rack and full mudguards for lighter touring, the bike can take on so many formats and functions. ALLMODCONS has also been designed with through axle mounts front and rear, to provide sturdy foundations and removes flex in the wheels when pushing the pedals with any degree of anger.

The bike is designed to allow a more sustainable riding position while still being able to achieve high power output and faster speeds. In line with our in house bike fitting, we optimise the ride by selecting the size parameters of groupset and finishing kit to best match rider height at each incremental size of frame.

Pearson has been developing ways of fitting riders to bikes to increase comfort and efficiency for many years. We have capitalised on the hard data we record from the regular Pearson Precision Bike Fitting sessions to design a Pearson 'House' geometry for this and other models. The aim is to provide maximum efficiency in the riding position whilst retaining comfort, optimising each rider so the fullest potential is realised. This means building bikes around how most riders work best, the right fit for each type of our bike models.
