Pearson Cut To The Chase aero bike offers serious speed and comfort.

The 'Cut To The Chase' has been designed with a core focus on aerodynamics and comfort in equal measure. The optimised high-modulus carbon fibre frame uses slender tubes for reduced turbulence and faster speeds. Working in harmony with an integrated, full carbon aero fork, the combination guides airflow swiftly over the frameset and provides stable handling at high speed.

An oversized bottom bracket area and larger head tube ensure unwavering stiffness, putting every watt you generate to work. For total frame integration, the bike comes with an aerodynamic carbon fibre seat post which offers excellent adjustment, both fore and aft, for a precise fit no matter the rider's shape or size. 

While being the fastest bikes in the Pearson range, versatility remains uncompromised. The flat mount, hydraulic disc brakes offer reliable high-power braking across all weather conditions and terrain. Additionally, the bike can accommodate up to 32mm tyres for those who prefer more comfort with their speed.

The Shimano 105 compact hydraulic groupset provides excellent all around performance, with a perfect gear-ratio for steep climbs and sharp descents. The lightweight alloy bar and stem combination allow full adjustability at the front end, which means achieving an accurate bike fit is far easier compared with integrated one piece cock-pits supplied on other aero bikes. The build is complete with a DT Swiss P1800 mid-depth alloy wheelset to ensure the bike is light enough to climb the steepest pitches, fast on the flat and looks knock out outside the coffee stop.

While the geometry may appear like it is designed for the seasoned racer, the combination of a more generous front end plus the components specified, offer great versatility and can be dialled in to fit just about anyone.

We have been developing ways of fitting riders to bikes to increase comfort and efficiency for many years. We have consistently analysed the way people best ride bikes, and more recently deciphered the hard data recorded from regular Pearson Precision Bike Fitting sessions, to design unique Pearson 'house' frame geometries for this and other models. We build each bike combining our 'fit-friendly' geometry and variables in components size to realise the maximum output and most sustainable position for you.
