UK DELIVERY

Postage fees orders under £75 (UK only)

For orders under £75: delivery will be via Royal Mail 48hr tracked for £4.99 or alternatively you may select express one working day delivery for £10. An order received before 11am Monday to Friday will arrive the following day. Please note orders received after 11am on Fridays will be dispatched the following Monday for Tuesday delivery.

Free Delivery orders over £75 (UK only)

For all orders over £75 in the UK we will deliver for free delivery. These standard deliveries will be sent out via Royal Mail 48 hr tracked. If you have selected express delivery these will be sent by an express one working day service.

HELP REDUCE POSTAGE CO2 AND ROAD TRAFFIC - CLOTHING DOUBLE SIZING.

Please do your bit to HELP to reduce carbon emissions and traffic! As a business focussed on sustainability, if you are in any doubt about the correct size of clothing before purchasing, we appeal to you not to order two or more sizes of the same item.

Our customer service team are here to advise on sizing in order to reduce return postage, saving on CO2 and unnecessary traffic.

Paperless Invoicing

To again help the environment we do not include a paper invoice with your order. Customers can access orders from the 'order dispatched' email or if you have an account in the ‘My Account’ section on our website. 

International Delivery

Coronavirus Update: At this point all efforts are being made to ensure packages arrive on time, but due to the global Coronavirus out break some countries may experience delays depending on their location. Please use the tracking link below to keep as up to date as us.

We offer both tracked post and DHL international Express Delivery to all major International locations.  Delivery ranges between 2-5 days depending on destination - you can check actual shipping charges and standard shipping days for your location at the checkout.

We dispatch orders on working days only so please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend.

Local import duties, brokerage fees and taxes may be applied by your local authority. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full transaction value of the contents of all packages. These duties cannot be refunded through Pearson1860.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

At Pearson, we strive to provide our customers with the best quality products, but if you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return / exchange your goods. You have 28 days of receipt to return / exchange an item for a refund.

Christmas Returns Policy. Our standard returns policy is 28 days from the date of purchase. To allow you some extra time to ensure you can choose the right gift at the right time, the Christmas return period for 2023 will run from 14th November 2023 to 17th January 2024.

Any returned clothing must be unused, with its original packaging and labels attached. We offer a free post service for you to return items. We are not responsible for returned items which are lost in transit.

When returning items please ensure the product is well packaged and protected from damage in transit. All returns will be processed within 14 working days of receipt of the returned products and refunded in-line with our terms and conditions

For Sheen store purchases: If you wish to return an item bought directly from our Sheen store, please bring or send back to store with an original proof of purchase. Please don't send back via our freepost service, as this is for online orders only and will be lost with our fulfilment partners without an online order number. International returns

We do not exchange international items. The fastest way to change a size or item is to reorder online and return the original item.

If you purchased from an international location please go to our international returns portal. This is different from UK returns.
