Sytze 'Soup' Bijker

Khal 'Cuthbert'
Created himself a job by osmosis.

Chloe 'Chlonk'
Discovered having been raised within a family of cyclists and broke the mould of an all-male shop.

Hidden talent - Loves a dance troop and can kick her leg the highest of all the staff.
Ewan
Ewan joined Pearson after ending his rowing exploits and his job in the city; he's an avid adventurist and goes like the clappers on the flat.
Duties - Proshop manager
Expert knowledge - Seemingly infinite knowledge and experience of the best kit in cycling; Ewan can also offer you some in depth information on sports nutrition.

Stuart
Having spent 30 years working with and riding bikes, from retail to being a mechanic on pro tours, Stuart knows everything;not just about cycling, but everything. As the newest addition to the Pearson family, Stuart is working closely with the rest of the team to bring you the ultimate pro road shop experience.

Jacek
Aspiring mechanic became cycle mechanic and has never looked back.
Duties - Proshop custom bike mechanic
Expert knowledge - Builds custom bikes to exact specification and body geometry fit. Higher end road bike repairs and upgrades.

Hidden talent - The tidiest mechanic known to mankind.
Wilf
Lover of bikes and all things cycle related, just like his mum.

After years of semi-pro footballing exploits, alpine skiing and riding Land’s End – John O’ Groats, all whilst running his own business; Jez rolled into Pearson’s with a pocket full of dreams and a thirst for adventure. He is the salient force behind the Pearson business.

Alan 'Alanski'
IBM trained, discovered a love for the world of cycling and just had to work in it.
Duties - Stock manager

Rides and prides: Specialized S-Works Tarmac, Specialized S-Works Stumpjumper.
Hidden talent - Can pull out a one-liner for any occassion.
Will
Came in as a temp and then kept coming in, so we figured we just had to employ him.

Collette
Collette is the latest addition to the Pearson family, and she’s here to get us into gear. Having her around means that nothing gets lost and everything is accounted for. Step by step, we’re getting more organised.
Duties - Financial Controller
Expert knowledge - Numbers, accounting and all things monetary.
Rides and prides - Nothing as of yet, but we’re working on it.
Hidden talent - She's a mean salsa dancer.
Guy Pearson
Co director and lifelong cyclist - born on a bike and fifth generation of Pearson to look after the business. National Cyclo cross schoolboy silver medallist.
Lifelong rider of 'The Palace' , The Ras and many a first cat race. Completed Tour of Flanders, Paris Roubiax, Marmotte and London-Paris cyclo sportives. Winner of the 2010 London-Paris sportive.
Duties - COO - general shop welfare, functionalty and capacity.
Expert knowledge - Road and cyclo cross, can work out the front end to the back end of bike by now.
Rides and prides - Pearson Palace, Pearson Carbon Pro, Pearson Carbon Audax, Ridley X Night, Pearson Touché.
Hidden talent - Likes to start building his bike when everyone else is trying to leave for the day.
William Pearson
Co director and lifelong cyclist - born on another bike and fifth generation of Pearson to look after the business.
Raced Cyclocross rider from age 7 up, BMX and mountain bikes. Started road racing early 20s and has completed most continental sportives including L'Etape, Paris Roubaix and London to Paris. Hell of the North Cotswolds is a must every year.
Duties - CEO - strategy and new business.
Expert knowledge - Consultation for projects and schemes involving bikes or bike related services.
Rides and prides - Pearson Carbon Pro, Pearson Palace, Specialized S-Works Epic, Pearson Cartouche single speed.
Hidden talent - Likes sweeping up.
