Our workshop hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Saturday
We request that customers aim to pick up bike repairs between the hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm
We have an extensive range of service available from puncture repair to full cycle renovation.
Our mechanics have full Cytec qualifications and years of experience within the cycle industry.
We encourage regular staff attendance to manufacturer's refresher courses.

We aim to turn jobs around within 1-3 days unless otherwise stated.
Workshop jobs do not require booking, you are welcome to turn up
and drop off your bike when convenient.
The high street is open in the morning up to 10.00am. You are able to drive down
the high street and drop off and pick up in this time -

WORKSHOP MENU - LABOUR CHARGES
Regular riders would be well advised to have one every 3 to 9 months.
This service starts with a visual check of any obviously worn or dangerous
parts eg. tyres, cables, chain, cassette and includes:
This service allows for approximately 1 hour's labour and covers inspection and adjustment of existing parts,
but does not include the fitting of new parts. Parts are not included within the service charge.
LEVEL 2 SERVICE - £70.00
This service includes the fitting of all new parts and starts with a visual check of any obviously worn or dangerous parts eg. tyres, cables, chain, cassette and also includes:
This service allows for approximately 1 hour 30 mins labour and covers inspection
and adjustment of existing parts, the cost of fitting of all new parts required.
Parts are not included within the service charge.
LEVEL 3 SERVICE - £120.00
Includes the above level 2 service plus:
- Cleaning complete gear transmission with solvent then relubricating.
- Complete disassembly, cleaning and inspection of bearing services.
- Re-assembly or replacement of bearings and adjustment with new grease.
- Replacement of brake cables, inner / outer, and brake blocks if required (excludes parts).
- Frame and wheels hand cleaned with solvent.
Parts are not included within the service charge.
BIKE CLEANING - £15.00
Most people hate cleaning their bike! We are happy to do this for you.
This involves removing mud and dirt as best as possible, and aims
to restore your bike back to its former glory! Gear transmission not included.
Level 1 2 or 3 services do not include cleaning.

We reserve the right to add extra labour charges for services or repairs incurring unexpected complications. We will ultimately try to contact you before further work is carried out, however reserve the right to continue if the work is necessary to
complete the job if contact is unable to be made. We also ask that the bike be in a clean condition for us to work on. Excessive cleaning may be subject to a charge over and above any servicing costs.
We reserve the right to apply storage charges of £15 per week on uncollected repairs past their arranged pick up date. Bikes remaining uncollected after 1 month without prior arrangement will be disposed of or sold to cover costs.
We are unable to offer discount on any repair work.
